Who do you provide housing for?
We regularly partner with traveling healthcare professionals, military and government agencies, sports professional teams, travel agencies, displaced families, staffing agencies, remote workers, and local businesses to provide the highest quality home rentals possible.
Are pets allowed in the rental?
Each property has their own pet policy. There is a monthly fee for pets, along with a non-refundable Pet Cleaning Fee.
What if something needs maintenance attention?
We have a network of contractors in the Las Vegas area that can service the property quickly. Please contact us and we'll make sure it gets dealt with as soon as possible.
Can I rent it for more than one month?
Don't know your check-out date? That's ok! We will check in with you at least once a month to find out when you are ready to move out. You tell us when you're ready.
How do I get mail/packages while living at the rental home?
You can have them delivered normally to your home. After check-out, we will try to recover any packages left behind and mail them to your new location. Alternatively you can put in a USPS Mail Forward request.
How many people can live with me?
We recommend only 2 people per bed. Each person living in the unit must be accounted for in the rental agreement lease.
Is smoking allowed?
No. All our properties are smoke-free. This is done so others can fully enjoy the property.
How are rental payments handled?
We accept venmo, zelle, cash, or check. Please be aware that there are financial limitations within each application.
Do you do a background check and income verification?
Yes, each occupant will need to go through a background check, and income verification. If it's for corporate accounts, there is no income verification required.
What is the verification process like?
We use Smart Move for background, evictions, and income verification. You will additionally submit any supporting documents (bank statements, W9, passport, driver's license, etc) for our team to review. Tenant is responsible for paying the application fee.
Will the credit check affect my credit score?
No. This is one of the things that makes Smart Move such a valuable tenant screening service. Since the rental applicant initiates the release of his or her own data, the resulting inquiry is considered a “soft inquiry,” which does not impact his or her credit score.
Does the rental property have smoke detectors and fire extinguishers?
Yes, our rental properties are equipped with smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, multiple fire extinguishers as well as a fire blanket.
Is there a cleaning service provided?
No. We do not clean the inside of the property while you are occupying the property. However, the outside of the property is cleaned on an as-needed basis. Some properties dont have any plants that shed. Those properties require very little cleaning. Other properties have multiple trees, bushes, and flowers. Our landscapers will clean those properties multiple times in the year. This landscape cleaning services are at no cost to you as the Tenant.
Are linens, towels, and kitchen essentials provided?
For furnished homes, Yes. Everything is provided.
